WANTED: ASAP STUDENT SUBLET FOR 1/3BDR - NOV1'18-APRIL1'19 in Schumacher, Ontario

I am currently looking for a sublet to fulfill my bedroom in a 3 bedroom, main/upper level home. I need a sublet ASAP from Nov 1st (or 15th) 2018- April 1st 2019. $650/mo + utilities
There is no smoking and no pets. The bedroom available has a large window overlooking a big, green backyard and receives tons of natural light! There's often deer hangin out back there. :)
The bedroom has 2 closets, and comes furnished with a bed frame/mattress, desk & desk chair. The house has a large fenced in backyard with a picnic table and a shed for (small) storage, eg. bike, suitcases, etc. This house is newly renovated with brand new appliances and a newly renovated washroom. It is located near Blenkinsop/McKenzie, which is a 5 minute bus ride to UVic, and a bit further to Camosun. This location is a 3 minute walk to the bus stop with the 26, 16, 51 & 17 which all go to UVic via Mckenzie. The 17 goes downtown when coming the other way, the 16 & 26 to Uptown, and the 51 directly to Langford/Colwood area. There is also the 25 route which goes directly downtown once an hour, 3 min walk from the place. Cedar Hill/Shelbourne is a 25 minute walk - Thrift shop, McDonalds, groceries, gas stations, etc. Central Mckenzie (Thrifty's, Save on, vape store, liq store etc.) is a short bus ride or 20 minute walk. The Rootcellar (local/organic grocery store & coffee shop) is right down the street, no more than a 5 minute walk.
The girls you will be living with are 2 x second year UVic students who enjoy a balance between academics and going out/leisure time. The girls and I would prefer a female sublet, however I am open to all gender applications. ** MUST BE A STUDENT please :) **
